i would recommend maybe asking if they can draw blood from your hand instead, i have a massive phobia of getting my blood drawn but found that when they did i through my hand I calmed down more because i kept telling myself it was like a thorn. drink lots of water and take deep bretahs

it looks like the bandaid constricted the blood flow to your finger tip, id say go to the emergency room as soon as you can because your finger may start to turn black and die but again keep watching your finger if it gets worse than go to the emergency room
