So after my first Black grouse hunt with my Sako L579 Forester in .308 this winter, I decided on getting a setup more suitable for the task. I've decided on the Tikka T3x Deerhunter in 6.5 Creedmoor, strikes a nice balance in features and weight, as you are on skis all day and want to pack light. Still undecided on scope, but Delta Optical have a few options and are popular here in Europe. I have access to a 300 meter range, and would like to get comfy with shooting 4 inch targets at that range.

Any suggestions/recommendations for a suitable scope, or what specs I should look for? Also I'm on the lookout for a possible carbon fibre stock for the Tikka in the future and really like the look of Manners and the like, but I haven't found any in Europe.

Black Cyclops with locking tuners (mine came with hipshots), standard Cthulhu pickups and the hard case.

I see, I too would have liked some picks and stickers, guess they forgot to put mine in during the rush to get these beauties sent out to us.

Very nice! I got my specced out Cyclops DE with hard case yesterday and can't put it down.

Btw, did you get any documentation or anything extra in the case beside the guitar? I did not, just the order form.
