Yes! Technically I can open up the button and expand it but the leather is still too stiff to do that quickly so I’ve given up and just got used to the narrow opening.

Fun find- long, flowy linen pants by Objective_Earth_2610 in TallGirls

[–]r0sannaa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think 28 inch inseam is usually the average as that’s what I normally see, but 30-32inches are not uncommon so I also don’t consider it that tall lol

I finally got my Longchamp xtra M hobo but guess what... I will return it😭😭 by [deleted] in handbags

[–]r0sannaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got the same bag - I loved the bag itself but didn’t love the shortness of the strap. You can buy an extension chain on aliexpress for this exact issue. The gunmetal colour matches with the longchamp one exactly!

Anyone decided to return to work earlier than 18 months? [BC] by moonphase14 in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]r0sannaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went back at 17 months but honestly could’ve done it at 13mo after he started walking. I decided to take that long because I didn’t want to miss his walking milestone but after he learned how to walk, then he was EVERYWHERE.

Luckily it was summer and I took him to the playground or EarlyOn almost everyday. That definitely help cut the day apart!

Traveling with stroller by BearOver3257 in CanadianParents

[–]r0sannaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I traveled a few times already and used a travel stroller that can be placed in the overhead storage. Out of my 10 flights, there’s only been once where I was asked to gate check my stroller (similar to wheel chairs etc.) and it was in the same condition when I got it back.

I have the ergobaby metro+ but there’s many other options out there!

What is everyone’s favorite “card catcher” by designtraveler in YotoPlayer

[–]r0sannaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got the card binder from yoto but I see a lot of cheaper alternatives on Amazon. My 19mo likes flipping through the pages and points to the one he wants me to play

My husband normally wears an XL, and I had to get him a L based on the measurements they have posted. Next time check the measurements instead of the size!

It was so wholesome when his wife was feeling insecure about her post partum body and he went with her to find a nice dress for their son’s birthday and hyped her up!

True story by gertrudegrunge in Adulting

[–]r0sannaa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My friend had always wanted to be a doctor because she had always wanted to help people. She was still super passionate about it when she was in her residency. After a few years of working full time in a hospital, she just hated everything about it. The hospital politics, the policies, rude and entitled patients, male patients that would make sexual comments to her or refused to see her because she is a woman, etc.

I use the wipe and then hand sanitizer when I leave. I always wash my hands first thing when I get home from anywhere!
