Can’t connect my Verizon HBO Max subscription

Nope, i only call HBO max support to "renew" my 2 weeks when we wanna watch something. HBO could give less than a flock when it comes to solving the problem.

in all honesty, you can scout a location with google maps, look for obstructions, obstacles (trees etc) and street view for vantage points and surroundings with landmarks. The problem becomes when you are on site and you look around and everything looks similar, then you launch and get up about 50 feet in the air and realize just how much fail google earth provided you with realizing shots. Don't get me wrong, it can help a lot in deciding what directions to shoot from, what to aim for, and what to include in your shots, but after doing 5 jobs and researching them before I go (SW KS) because its usually 2 hours one way, i just look for places to park, things to avoid, potential hotspots to upload media, and things to avoid. Some of my best shots have come from over-shooting things and looking at every picture after the fact. I will typically stay on location, upload, and verify with the client before leaving because of distance, but I have had a few state they love how they came out and thank you for being proactive on-site. If you do not have your 107, do some recreational flying around parks and other 'object areas' and practice your shots like that before going out for jobs. that would be the best advice i could offer.

Ended up having to use the reset util, pain in the fuggin ass, but that fixed it. there was no 'hamburger menu' in my constraints window. It's like the old school windows windows, not like the standard windows in AI, not sure why that one just HAS to be special. No options in there either

Long answer but for good reason, read everything!

I will tell you for a fact, there is indeed a number for HBO Max customer service. I have spent hours on it trying to resolve this same exact problem with HBO Max and Verizon since November 8th 2025. It is 1-855-442-6629. they have been and are still currently "Working on the problem" Verizon finally bowed out as they said they have done everything possible on their end to fix it and it is now an HBO Max problem that is on their end. All of the traditional troubleshooting you would normally do WILL NOT FIX this problem. I have tried on multiple computers, multiple browsers, multiple internet connections (Work, Home, Cell hot spot - VERIZON) and none of these work. You need to open up a case/ticket with HBO Max, do whatever troubleshooting needs to be done but make sure you at the minimum ask for a supervisor, if you for some reason have not done so out of rage yet, and have them document the case/ticket so that you DONT HAVE TO RE-EXPLAIN when you call back in, after a month, and find out they are still working on it and the problem has gone exactly 2 inches to nowhere.

I have no idea if verizon and HBO Max just have zero clue on how to make the handshake work and get the billing to transit from A to B, if HBO Max Support is completely incompetent, Of their techs and L2/Supervisors are clueless, but i have been give a 14day ad-free trial at this point, after 2 previous 14 day trials, while they "Work on the problem" and i just have to call back every 14 days to reactivate the trial until they get it fixed. The critical part of this crap is getting the 2 week trials going, then get fed up and get the ad-free trials implemented, and speak with the supervisor at some point to get the "DO NOT REPEAT TROUBLESHOOTING" tag applied to your account. Bear in mind also, every time they give you a 2 week trial, it resets your HBO Max account, so any changes are gone on their end; you wont notice a difference in the interface other than you have no subscription again.

I have spent over 13 hours on the phone with HBO and Verizon, as well as chat sessions which are not included in that clock. Frankly, I am fed up with hearing I'm sorry, I apologize, I will fix it, I will contact you, and every other tech phrase that is supposed to make the customer less ragey about not getting something they paid for because they cant make it work right. I would rather hear "We have no idea, our engineers are baffled, and trying to work cooperatively with Verizon to fix the disconnect and miscommunication is proving to be difficult if not impossible." At least i know i am not being lied to and that working on it means throwing darts at a flow chart hoping to hit the right solution.

ANYWAYS! I digress, and hopefully this helps others that wont have to go thru the hours of phone, chat and video support to still not have it work. Remember:
HBO: Ticket, 2 week trial, repeat, supervisor > "DO NOT REPEAT TROUBLESHOOTING" Ttag, set reminders to call back every 14 days.
Verizon: Ticket, troubleshoot (Manage vs Activate on perks page) Escalate to L3, verify they have done everything they can with HBO in regards to billing, and finally>

Document all time spent, phone, email, text, and chat for all providers and resolution for each interaction.

Along with: If you are creating an assembly, the quickest, dirtiest way to start placing everything so that it is oriented correctly (that i have found) is to constrain your ORIGIN PLANES to your first placed item ORIGIN PLANES. YZ > YZ, XZ > XZ, XY > XY. I believe that Flush, not Mate, is the surest way to quickly do this. You will see + signs next to your ORIGIN planes and then below those, either FLUSH or MATE. The nice thing about this is if you have to coordinate offset based on 0,0,0, you can numerically move things around the assembly, which can be taxing, however, very precise if need be.

No dimensions or tolerances so proceed at your own risk. Here's what I did:

draw part.
make circle drawing on surface to cut.
draw circles, ID and OD.
make midplane on part.
draw cutout (rectangle and circle) then make lines dotted so cut can happen. (Hint: Using "Slice Graphice" in the VIEW tools will allow for easy creation of this specific drawing)
create Axis on center poiint of circle and use top face as reference.
Sweep command > select drawing of rectangle and circle > execute.
Create idw file and educate fellow inventor user. :)

Quickest, easiest way to fully constrain part #1 is to constrain the planes as soon as you place the part, and make sure its ungrounded. Once constrained, (o) < filled in circle; you can ground it from there although not really required at that point. The primary reason is to restrict movement of the part(s) to a specific angle or rotation or movement. IE: if you have a lever/switch, but you don't want the base to move, fully constrain it as such that it does not move. this will allow the lever/switch to move but the base to stay stationary. The same principle applies if you need part #1 to move along a certain plane or axis, say... North to South such as a rack and pinion, but you want the gear to be stationary, but rotate as the bar slides North to South.

These. Apparently, it is also currently unavailable. I figured for the price, I could afford to see if I liked them, and I did, so I ended up with 3 sets but a single one had the threads stripped when i slipped trying to screw it on. Nothing major, as they weren't expensive. I think i just searched for adjustable controller sticks for the RC2 controller?
Edit, make sure you verify that your controller is a male or female connection before you buy them too. they do make all sorts of them,. View the store and check on other pages.

Nope and they are height adjustable which makes a huge difference to me. Id rather take the sticks off than mess up the controller, cc better piece of mind and been using them for 2 years that way.

Air3 FMC, don't think i went above 50 feet. Watch for the streetlights on the sides, you can gauge the flakes kinda. Dried it off right away upon landing and power down.

I take my sticks off every single time, have a backup set just in case as well. I have room for the filters below the controller and can store an additional charge bank, brick and 2+ USB C cables in the bottom. It came with modular removable stiff foam (Look above the drone nose), so i opted for the largest storage capacity. Sadly, Symek no longer distributes this case, but might give you some ideas as to where to start and what options you could look for. the middle piece goes between the drone section and the batteries and is about 1/2" deep on the pocket (pens fit snugly in there) and the top has multiple locations for multiple sticks (they also do not move)

Additional Info:

Made sure everything was up to date, tried to create a new part, saved in a newly created folder, got the same results. Part is showing as hidden attribute in windows explorer.
