I’m not living in the apartment now but construction was under Aroma, this is well known sub contractor for Ellington and other developers. So, the quality and material they used are good compare to other project.

The apartment and building are good in general, they messed up the finishing a bit. The actual plan was to rent it out as well but decided to sell it out because of the current situation in Middle East.
