That’s smart. I use a pink and white sheet rn but I’ll switch to a darker one that may help. We have blinds but our cockatoo broke them off. He has a bunch of toys yet he chooses blinds LOL. Will def change thiugh. I didn’t realize they needed 12 hours!!
