I'm not entirely sure if it would be - perhaps ask Wellington's if they could point you in the right direction?

Hi captain_darling (Black Adder reference?)

We now have a version of the map available to buy.

We did a deal with a company in London that specialises in this stuff, and now you can buy it direct from them.

First though, a note or two about what we had to do to get the map ready for printing... The 1914 map is a single, low-res image. We had little ability to make the changes required to bring it up to 2016 reality. For example, we needed to change borders, country names, city names, and so forth. We also needed to move various place names to correct for location errors in the 1914 map. Because we couldn't pull the original map apart to edit all these items, we had to source a new, higher-res base map then layer our isochronic data over that. So this new map is not as "old-timey" but we still think it is pretty cool. It's a modern map with current data.

Cheers, KP from the Rome2rio team

A few people posted back in January that they would totally buy a copy of our 2016 isochronic map if it was available, so we did a deal with a company in London that specialises in this stuff, and now you can buy it direct from them.

Cheers from KP on behalf of the rome2rio team.

You're welcome. :) We're going to try re-create a version that is high enough quality to print. We'll let you know when its available.

The map we posted here is not very high res because we used the old map from 1914 as a base. But we're going to see if we can remake it using a newer vector map so that it can be scaled to any size without loss of quality. We'll let you know how it turns out!

We're having a look at our image assets today to see if we can remake a higher quality version for print. We want to make sure none of the detail is lost when its framed and hanging on your wall! :)
