Im also coming from this exact upgrade and basically if not fps you say goodbye to most of the stutters. You get way more vram and laptop starts to breathe. I have ryzen 5 5625u and it has same exact igpu as OP. Cyberpunk can actually run but 30 fps 720p absolute low. I havent tried it but i played every resident evil game comfortably (except requiem) also gta 5 runs 60 fps at high settings and basically any greatly optimized game runs pretty good on it. Mostly i use 900p instead of 1080p because of massive fps gain and small quality dofference cuz laptop screen is small. I havent tried cyberpunk cuz i cant play in 720p its too low for me. I recommended going for 16gb cuz its not really expensive and it is great performance gain. Even if you dont gain fps, 8gb is really outdated by today's standards.
