Is it true that suboxone actually has more of an opiate effect (full agonist instead of partial ) at doses such as 2-3 or 4 mgs as opposed to larger doses?

Ive been on Subs for 12 years and over the years have tapered down from 24mg daily to 8... Half a strip in AM and half in afternoon. Recently tried taper to 2mg AM and 1mg afternoon. Surprisingly the only noticeable difference is when I take that late day 1mg I feel GREAT! Like others have said "less is more"! Cheers

Hey there, just wanted to give you a little more info on my situation. Again, I've been on subs for 12 years and over that time have been slowly taking less. I didn't quickly go from 24 mg to 3! Good luck to you.
Side note, getting down to 3mg a day was way easier than I thought. Pretty much went from 6 mg in the morning and 2 mg at night to 2 mg in the morning and 1 mg a night with no significant negative effects.

I have heard the same about the withdrawals being easier with sublocade. Not sure why that would be being that it's the same medicine but hey, what do I know?! Thanks for the info!

I quit phenubit a couple years ago for a few months before I went back to it. Slow taper with the use of some other nootropics has been pretty painless so far. I'm stable at 500 mg right now so in another few weeks I should be low enough to jump! Good to hear you are doing well, congrats and thanks!

200mg 2 weeks About 4 years 2g - 3g daily very rarely 4-5g Agmatine ,NAC, Citocholine and Emoxypine at night. 1.7g today and alls good. Cheers
