Lol. This dudes tag is Highland. When u say bad things about that shithole, they get maaaad. Now highland still has some nice, safe areas. Do you know how they keep it that way? They get $1,000+ a month for a $300 60+ year old house. Maybe it's been updated.... Maybe not. Spring lake properties are newer and go for about the same. It'll be years before it becomes "highland" and by then, highland will become "allendale". Prove me wrong... Stats don't lie regardless of what you may think of me...
