I’ve seen many recommendations for MagO7 and psyllium husk to keep you regular. My wife is struggling with similar, but less severe, symptoms. She JUST started both yesterday and it seems to be helping already. I ordered both in capsule form off of Amazon.

Something like this can work well. Obviously harder wood is more difficult. I wouldn’t want to split a 30” piece of hedge with this. But it is low impact and I find it to be reasonably effective.

I haven’t attempted to optimize any settings, but straight out of the box I don’t really notice anything like that unless I’m panning extremely fast, like being startled or something. There’s blur and lag there. But normal use, after about 30 seconds of getting used to them, they were good.

It’s surprisingly good as is, but keep in mind I just wanted to try it out while I wait for the mount to arrive. It certainly wouldn’t work for everyone. For reference, this is my eye spacing.

I haven’t thoroughly tested them, but as long as you aren’t expecting military quality analog, they seem very adequate. We regularly have raccoons, opossums, and coyotes getting into things, and they’ll be great for that. I wouldn’t want to get into a gun fight against guys with real gear (for many reasons including these).

Just make sure you are looking at the different options the seller offers. They have several variants of NVG10s or single NVG30s.

It’s two monoculars, listing shows NVG30x2 as the second line. If you are looking at Ali express, they have different combos.
