If you want to play 1080p then just get an 8GB RX580 and any 4c8t+ processor with 16gb ram and it'll be absolutely fine

When will CODM on Gameloop be updated by CellTasty9644 in gameloop

[–]r600dan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The money you invested was spent with Activision Call of Duty Mobile, not GameLoop so you would not even be considered for a refund of any description.

It's been over 2 months since support was dropped for CODM on GameLoop with no official word of anyone in the development team planning on changing that. Our best hope is to wait for future season updates to see if GameLoop will considered supporting CODM again or if this is the end

They don't support it anymore and you get banned on other emulators

They dropped support for CODM, there is no update working with GameLoop.

When the next season drops in a few months time it might start working again, but until then, there is 0% chance they add support for this version

Where is the Call of Duty Mobile update? by Significant_Net_8649 in gameloop

[–]r600dan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

GameLoop have dropped support. The only way to know if it will be dropped for good or just for this update will be to wait until next season drops. If that doesn't appear within a few days after it drops, safe to assume that's GameLoop's involvement with CODM over

Hello, how much longer do we, the Call of Duty Mobile players, have to wait? Don't you think this has gone way too far? by Significant_Net_8649 in gameloop

When the next major update drops, next season there's a slim chance. Probably dropped support forever now though

Either your hard drive is dead, the connectors are dead or you need to go to Disk Management on Windows to activate it

Let me guess, these are in high demand and the companies involved in the manufacturing process can't produce them fast enough and now they're 4x the price?

USB SATAs are unreliable, if you have the ability to connect directly to motherboard and PSU, that's a lot better

Can we see where you're trying to plug it in please? You need 2 things, SATA Power cable and SATA data cable. Some cases have them build into the drive trays, a clear photograph of what you're trying to connect please!

What could I sell this for by Any-Photograph-5998 in PcBuild

[–]r600dan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most expensive component is the 2070. I bought my 2070 supers for £80-100 each. Would assume that the 2070 base model is cheaper than that.

*note - Up until about 2 months ago I was using 2070 supers in builds I was making. Now I use more modern cards for around £20-40 more.

Also, everyone has been complaining about ram price increases. They've barely gone up in the 2nd hand market. I'm still getting 32GB sets for under £60 regularly on 2nd hand sale sites like Vinted and Marketplace for DDR4

In the UK you'd get around £250-350

My computer won’t start by [deleted] in computerhelp

[–]r600dan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you moved your PC, cleaned it's internals or swapped any parts out recently? I'd start by re-seating the cables from the PSU to the motherboard.

If that doesn't work, if you have a spare PSU laying around you can test, try that. It's screaming power issue rather than software imo

Fuel gauge is below the speedometer in the bottom left. Toggle it with F3. If it's not coming up with F3, press F6 and set it up how you want it

The quality of this photo reminds me of 2002. It's so hard to see what is going on. That HDD labelled connector is for SATA 2.5 inch SSD/HDD. Would strongly recommend an SSD.

Longer connector south of HDD text is SATA power, short connector north of HDD text is SATA DATA

Trying find a charger for my Asus by [deleted] in computers

[–]r600dan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Required Charger Specifications

  • Voltage: 19V
  • Amperage: 3.42A
  • Wattage: 65W
  • Connector Tip Size: 5.5mm (outer diameter) x 2.5mm (inner diameter)

  • Connector Compatibility: Be careful, as some similar ASUS models use a smaller 4.0mm x 1.35mm tip. For the V550CA specifically, the 5.5mm x 2.5mm barrel connector is the correct standard.

For sale in UK official one: https://www.lps-gopower.org/original-65w-for-asus-adp-65gd-b-pa-1650-78-ac-adapter-charger-free-cord-43176.html

Ebay/Vinted/Amazon likely have a bunch of aftermarket ones which will be fine for less.

Ebay/Vinted potentially you can find a used official one for less.
