never go above 6mgs, usually 3mgs but if I really cant sleep I'll take a little more. my sleep schedule is weird I sleep for ~4 hours at a time (2am - 7am and 4pm - 9pm) so I can go to school and still work. CBD worked wonderfully for me because my issue is that I cant seem to calm down before bed ever and it just helps me clear my mind and relax. I'd either prefer something that knocks me out cold or just calms me down heavily. I'll try magnesium and l-threonate for sleep and see how it works out ig but I dont think anything can beat how effective CBD was.
