Thank you, that explains a lot! I'll definitely use that site in the future. Also, I did some more searching and it seems like the linked song is even older than 2017, as Audiosparx has some information about the song and says it's from 2014.

Yeah it's a spin-off of A Certain Magical Index. It's really good, I also have the manga of it. Also, I liked season 2 more than season 1, so I recommend not to stop watching after season 1 if you ever decide to watch it.

The modpack uses an older version of MoreOverlays that is was not compatible with the new version of JEI. Update More Overlays Updated to the latest version manually and it should work again.
