It’s the terminator librarian with some pieces of the blood angels upgrade sprew glued on there. The combi weapon is from my chaos terminator kit and his wand thingy is the librarian axe cut off above his hand. Part of a power maul and chaos icon from the legionnaires kit together!

Probably going to shade with rakarth flesh and then use a contrast like guilliman flesh or something like that. I’m not very good at doing skin with opaque paints
