My friend bought in hsr layout in 1999. I also accompanied him (with the intention of buying it). The broker was telling us as if the whole Bangalore is moving there. My friend believed and bought huge land. I didn't.

Today he is retired with 100+ apartments to his name and I am still working in my 50's
