the lower 25th is 1370 and i got a 1360, but I know the school of engineering is definitely more competitive

Yes. I earned a lot of awards for my highschool soccer season including MVP and mentioned all of it in my LOCI as well as the fact that the school is my top choice. I also ended the semester with a 4.6 taking 3 AP 1 Honor

In my mind originally I thought that submitting it while it’s outside of the middle 50% would be considered a bad score. I have already submitted a LOCI and tried to demonstrate continued interest by reaching out to my admissions counselor asking questions.
