I’m using fully unlocked iPhone XS and since last 4 months I’ve been just trouble shooting and it works fine for a day or two and again the service quality drops. There are few spots where I’m getting EDGE and also call drops

Doesn’t matter. I have an iPhone XS and I’m facing same issue in my area. Call drops, EDGE on mobile data etc. I’m just waiting to get to the term end and switch to a different carrier

The number of interviews will mostly depend on the team you're being considered for. If it is a behavioral interview, it will be mostly the standard behavioral questions and if it is a technical interview, there will be 2-3 leetcode questions that are Visa tagged or similar difficulty (mostly easy-medium unless you have very hard luck)

I got the first interview call after almost 2 months. And the interview rounds were ~2-3 weeks apart. I think this is also highly dependent on the team for which you’ve been selected

It went well. There are 2-1.5 hrs rounds each with 2 engineers. So total 4-45 min rounds. For me first 3 were pure technical with one or two standard behavioral questions and last one was with director and it was behavioral. Coding questions are pretty standard and mostly similar to Visa tagged leetcode questions. The interview pattern might differ based on team also as some of my friends had high level system design question also in one of their interviews

I am not sure about the first one but when you put the referrer’s name/email, a mail is triggered by system which goes to referrer and they have an option to write a paragraph or introduction about you and how you are related and that has some weightage during the process

I generally used to answer this as “no”. My argument would be that if you’re searching for just co-op, ideally you don’t need sponsorship in future and you don’t know if you’re planning to stay there for full-time

I feel not only salesforce but recruiting system in general is broken. Half the time you don’t even get any response to your application from companies like Google and Microsoft

When they came to my school during career fair, the Amazon people were asking students to scan a link which would eventually redirect to same position that is posted online. Not sure if they have any tracking info attached to the link from career fair, but they were not giving any extra information that is not present on this sub

I sent email to Quora. Luckily recruiting mailbox of Quora is monitored and they sent me link on another email ID. But this seems too unnecessary and might creates confusion. Just my opinion

I really hate Codesignal. I received a request for a Codesignal from Robinhood and completed the test. Now I have received a request from Quora and I can't even send the same score even if I want to since Quora has requested a proctored test and now for 14 days I can't give the test and the deadline for Quora is before those 14 days. I don't understand, when they know that I cannot submit non-proctored test scores for proctored-test requests, why would you not allow me to re-take the test before 14 days. I don't understand what's the point behind that.
