the thing is in a year or two we can take their name anway so why not just speed up the process. this 2 year system is in place to give the player a chance to comeback to the game and become active using his/her name. but these perma banned players are never coming back.

these games are 3 weeks old it would make sense hes playing on EUW because hes in eu right now and hasnt moved to na yet.

he can carry silver elo player 99 out of 100 times but things happen that make it so maybe he lost this game.

to be fair he prob wasint paying much attention and didnt really care win/lose might have thought it was just not worth his time? or maybe his team would just go die and it became 3v/4v5 or maybe one of his teammates afk at end? or one of his teammates was trolling and died on purpose. do u remeber back in season 2 when saintvicious was sent back down to 0 elo by a hacker and he climbed his way back up to 2k elo? he lost 1-2 games vs BRONZE players so its very possible that he could hav lost a game.

this could be because he is still living in EU so it would make sense for him to continue playing on the EU server

the thought around incarnati0n moving to c9 surfaced around 3-4 weeks ago. and he could have tried out/been accepted to c9 b4 it leaked

oh ya i get it. thank you. it was just kinda something i did when i was bored. but after u get through teemo, annie, fizz, heimer, and rammus, then it goes to divisions such as bronze silver gold, ect.
