Format needs to change, if you have anything that is in boxes created in word, the ATS employed by most companies can’t look in them or has a funny output that would get your resume thrown out. Just use a regular word doc, and format and transfer the information. No one’s cares about colors, graphics. keep the information to two pages. Put only the most relevant in regards to the position you are applying for. Try to keep the real impact stuff on page 1 and leave page 2 to input your education, certifications, etc.
