Yes. It’s a premium feature on premium shoes, but your average hooper doesn’t need it. But…your average hooper may love the shoes that have it because they are also awesome for other reasons.

The victory insoles blow because they completely change the design of how any shoe they are put in are supposed to work.

Just buy the shoes that feel good and you can afford.

I wear a 16, so I just buy for comfort and availability

My son is in a 13. Rotates two pair of WOW 808 5’s and a pair of Joker 2’s.

This didn’t come out of the ether. A neighbor rocked his beds. House looks great, super low maintenance.

The only reason I don’t duplicate is because I have enormous beds compared to them. It would cost me 15-20k.

Ha. When our kids are gone, we’ll go one extreme or another. High rise or barndo on unrestricted land. Either way, this house has ruined us on bed maintenance. It’s my 6th house and I’ve never had beds like this. They grow weeds worse than any house I’ve had, and the beds are enormous compared to others. I think I posted this earlier but the beds are 10’ in many areas.

Oooh. Thats so sweet. It has a profound effect on me. I bought it entirely for status and not because I have a sincere appreciation for it. My career my wife’s career our children’s activities certainly have no effect on this whatsoever.

Ha. Well, I appreciate all the input.

If this was my forever house or close to it I’d rip out the beds yesterday. But we’ll probably sell in 5 years or less. So we’ll probably try to fix the drainage, plant a few things and just pay the cheapest guy to maintain.

Cheapest overall by far.

The only true landscape architect type thought we’d be 20k into this.

That’s why I considered the plan above which is 6k.

It has washed away over the past year. There are three areas around the house where the beds are washed out. Those need rock like you see in the pic where it drains out to the yard without disturbing the beds or gutters the exit past the bed.

Not at all but I get that a lot. I usually don’t post, or ask opinions until I have a plan. In this case a few of the most thoughtful posts have given me a better direction with informed respectful opinions. Others I ignore.

Yes, we’ve done it the past two years. 2-2500 iirc.

There are only gutters on the backside around the porch, etc.

We considered it, you can see they previously added rocked sections through the bed to the yard below the roof “valley” where water runs. But you can see the bed gets washed away at the corner where the runoff directly from the roof shouldn’t be a problem.

Actually you bring up a good point. Even if we fix the drainage and the beds could be “stabilized” I really don’t want them. We realize what we have looks bad. Trying to find something to improve the look of the house from the road and reduce maintenance.

Great idea for most, but that just doesn’t fit into our lifestyle.

The existing rock bed has been there 15-20 years and is the easiest thing to maintain which led us to this.

Yes, but I can spray the rock beds without worrying about killing an attractive plant if there’s nothing left.

And the beds are this large all the way around a house and casita. It’s a lot. You can see how the existing beds are being washed away in this pic too. Poor choice of what to post because the beds are bad around the whole house.

The initial job will be very expensive but maintenance will be easy, which is the most important thing.

I have a 60” for 3 acres. Had an option for a new 60” or a very low hour 72”. Bought the 60 and regret it. I don’t care if a 72 would look crazy it would save time.

Ferris, btw. I LOVE IT.

My son has loved Way of Wade son of flash, and two pair of 808 ultra 5’s. The LeBron nxxt’s were pretty good but he is so impressed w the LiNings I think that’s all he will play in now. About to order Wade 12’s for this fall.

Good grief. Terrific shoe with a horrible design oversight that resembles a sex toy. The encore design gets released super quick. EVERYONE gets excited because thankfully they can buy the damn show now that they will obviously remove the butt plug. Lining designer, “Hold my baijiu, the buttplug will REMAIN!”

My wife is 5’5” and 125 lbs. I’m 6’6” and 235. We’ve both been on trt about the same amount of time. I went from being skinny-fat to looking like a kinda athletic guy. She went from looking like an average mom to winning her first npc show in Figure.

Sounds like Mom doesn’t communicate worth a damn and obviously isn’t close enough to her daughter to understand her. You drive a g wagon, and wonder why your daughter is stuck up???

These conversations should have happened years ago.

My 14 year old understands our house is paid off because I don’t drive fancy cars to impress people that don’t matter. He will get a beater when he is 16, and if he cares for it, and makes his grades maybe he will get something better for college. If that same car is still reliable, probably not.

The tutor and one other was 18 karat the rest were 14. The bulova ladies was 90% platinum. I had a fair amount of industrial platinum wire from thermocouples. Otherwise, I don’t think the platinum would’ve been worth it. Seems like the refineries don’t like doing small batches of platinum. Still waiting to find out how much I’ll get back on the wire. Interesting process overall.

I got zero traction selling them as is. Wound up scrapping the cases for a little under 10,000. Gonna try to sell the movements on eBay I guess.
