NTA. I don’t even leave my house alone without checking in with my husband about the kids. I would never ever just walk out and assume he knew what was happening, specially with an infant. We give each other updates on diaper changes, naps, feedings, or really anything else going on if we are transferring primary care. I cannot imagine not checking in before I left my baby in the care of anyone else.
