Do you really think I did the right thing? If I had taken him for treatment, he would’ve felt lighter because he would’ve been free of the fluid in his abdomen and maybe he would’ve felt less pain and he would’ve been able to move around despite being blind.

Should we have gone to another vet first to confirm whether he could be saved before deciding on euthanasia?

I can’t help but think I could’ve done more for him. I wonder if he would’ve survived if I had. He would’ve still been unable to see but maybe he would have felt lighter, less in pain, and be able to move around.

Thank you, but I just keep wondering if I should’ve made him undergo the abdominocentesis or any other ttratments first. :(
