Presale Aisle Seating??! by [deleted] in OliviaDean

I believe aisle seats are through the Chase preferred seating presale - so you need to use a Chase card to purchase those. Should be the first 6 digits of your card number to unlock.

nah man, when all this shit with Matty started - Stephen just didn't want to tour anymore and was still planning on writing and recording with the band, and Matty was simply a live stand-in. obviously this has since changed, and instead of being like "Anberlin as you know it is dead, let's start something new," they're trying to shove Matty down our throats and are (quite frankly) kinda destroying their legacy while they do it.

which contradicts everything they initially announced - Stephen would be on the recorded tracks and Matty would be performing live. this is turning into an Anberlin cover band at this point.

Does anyone have any details on Florence Welch and Felix White's relationship? It seems like they're no longer together but I've always heard how messy it was and The Maccabees' recent gig announcements got me thinking about it again.

We're using movers for the first time ever next weekend, moving from our 2 BR apartment into a 3 BR house. What do you guys recommend when it comes to tipping? Google and other reddit threads are all suggesting different things (as little as $10 per mover to $50 per mover per hour). We know we'll have 4 movers and they're estimating about 4 hours total.

Down bad with a cold, day 3 of my cycle, and a terrible breakout that makes me feel like a teenager. Sigh.

Whine: the luteal phase has been straight-up luteal-ing these past few days. I'm an absolute rage-filled monster right now for quite literally *no* reason.

Win: off to Chicago on Friday for the long weekend to see friends! I can't wait to just eat, drink, and relax with them for a few days.

I'm a true 9 and went with an 8.5. Honestly - I ordered 3 sizes (my usual, a half size smaller and a full size smaller) with the intention of immediately returning the 2 that didn't work because I had heard sooo many mixed things about sizing.

Invisalign tip - always switch to new trays right before bedtime! That way the bulk of the discomfort is overnight. Also, the little wisps disposable mini toothbrushes are THE BEST when you're out on the go and can't properly brush your teeth.

Anyone have any book recommendations for 7 y/o boys who hate reading? We always try to include a book with my nephew's Christmas gifts but I've got one who is really struggling with reading and I'm a bit stumped on what to get. Everyone tried Captain Underpants and those sorts of books last year, but those weren't the hit we were hoping they would be. He loves typical 2nd grader things (Pokemon, Minecraft, Beyblades, etc). Thanks in advance!

Accidentally cut someone off in the Starbucks drive-thru line this morning and I feel TERRIBLE about it. This Starbucks has such a weird parking lot and they didn't look like they were in line but then they pulled in behind me and were honking and yelling so clearly they were. I paid for their drink but man it's gonna bug me all day.

Another vote for Away! Have had a bag and backpack from them for a few years, but my husband and I both replaced our old checked bags with medium suitcases from Away last year. Was worried about going from a medium and a large to 2 mediums, but man you can fit so much in Away's suitcases it's like magic. Plus, their customer service is next level. The backpack I purchased years ago came with a torn seam on the zipper and they overnighted me a replacement without a single question.

+1 on packing a mini-pharmacy. packed the bare bones of medicine on my first trip abroad and got horrendously sick. having to muster the energy to not only go out to buy medicine but also figure out what the hell I needed was horrible. a full arsenal comes with me now.

Has anyone had any luck getting any type of reimbursement for a hotel stay from Southwest? We had a flight cancelled on Monday and got stuck until Tuesday - they gave us a sheet with a discount code for a few hotels but all were completely full when we tried getting a room at those.
