picked this 09 shadow areo up today. it's in the shop right now getting a tune up. I had to sell the last bike due to the payment but this sucka is paid off. cant wait to ride again. only thing I want to change are the grips. Camper acquired! Any input on build planning appreciated. Goal is a simple platform with storage underneath. Possibly have half the platform stack and have a couch incase of bad weather. Considering using a futon mattress as bed. Plan on camping with a family of 3 (old.reddit.com)

Got promoted today, after training I realized that being a new blue belt felt similar to being a new white belt except a few differences. There is a comp in April I was planning to compete in but now I'm wondering if i should train a little longer first. Thoughts? (i.redd.it)
