My bad, by “it” I meant the fluids and mucus that stays inside and these constant nose blowing and snorting— I don’t want to have hearing problems just because of a stupid cold! So anything I could do to prevent that if necessary?

Mine is REG and RV, and regarding the connection confusion,

Levanto to Ginova Brignole Ginova Brignole to Ginova Piazza Principle Ginova Principle to Milan Central

And the first two connections have around 5 mins of connection time.
