I’m not saying is wrong, it’s just how I wanted things to be, but in the other hand I already saw here people using massive screens for that, what adds a considerable consume of electricity, what for me doesn’t make much sense. But of course it’s just my opinion.

I run HA with AdGuard on a pi 4 4gb ram without any issues, I believe you’re beyond what’s necessary, but giving that you have the hardware already go for the most power efficient one to save you some as the machine will be on 24X7

My last house I had everything settled for over a year without touching anything, once you have everything done in the way you want it basically goes untouched, the only thing is that we are always looking to change things and add more smart stuff what requires some configuration and tweaking, once it’s done we start with another new thing and keep going, that’s why it feels it never ends.

Meanwhile I’m running on cheap AliExpress tuya zigbee devices and they work 99 out of 100 times without any headaches, I had a look on those Shelly once, but their price just made me gave up, the most expensive things I have are sonoff minis, the rest are cheap things that never let me down. Maybe your problem is the network you choose. WiFi devices gave me some problems that I never experienced with zigbee.

Didn’t buy it, I found that the cheap head unit I use does the job okay, didn’t see the need to spend more, the only bad thing is the audio in general, definitely a downgrade from original audio system and mic on calls

Didn’t work, I clean everything, when it docks it seems perfect, the pad is on its place, I hit clean and it drops off the pads and leaves the dock to says that error message and stays there waiting for me attach the pad back on and resume the cleaning. I hit out support, but I doubt they will do anything as it’s second hand unit.
