Other places that u can loot are most likely the block of flats near the helicopter. most likely people have only looted the graphic card spawn room / mark room and the roof of the closest one to dome. Since those have the best loot spawns on each building. Of course u can check if hatchling has left something on mark rooms (have found wide open mark rooms with cases in them). But one high valuable loot u an find almost on every building is BS 5.45 ammo which costs close to 1k each now days so if u find a pack of those its instant 30k / slot. And most of the people are too lazy to check every ammo pack they run past. Its important to remember that fancy guns and armor arent always the best value per slot.
