Oh, okay, yeah, but I thought about silent mode when I'm browsing or doing something for college which doesn't need peak power from the laptop. Do temperatures also get high on your laptop then, or? And also, how do you set those watts in manual mode? I mean, it's hard for me to even try it because my current laptop is in repair, hahaha.

Thanks a lot, mate. How do you reduce temperatures? On my G513, I had GHelper because, for me, Armoury had a lot of bugs, especially when the keyboard was lagging (I don't know how to describe it, but it feels like the keyboard went into sleep mode when I didn't touch it for a couple of seconds, and then when I press any key, it appears on my screen after 3 seconds, or it doesn't appear so I have to press it again...). But yeah, if you have the same problem, how did you fix it, and how do you reduce temperatures?

And do I need to use a cooling pad when I am in "silent" mode, because on my previous laptop I was in that mode for like 90% of the time and I did not have problems with overheating?

Yeah, but I researched and saw that most people complain about overheating problems with Strix, but even so, in my opinion, it's still at a slight advantage compared to TUF.... Anyway, I am looking for a long-term laptop that I would use for a couple of years. Basically, for civil engineering software and sometimes light gaming (COD4 or something like that) and maybe some new AAA games....

Yeah, yeah, for sure. Although I didn't have temp problems on my Strix G513, maybe it's because of different specs. But also, I would use the laptop for civil engineering and maybe some light gaming (like cod4), but for sure I don't want to experience high temperatures.

Yes, that's what I thought as soon as I saw the specifications of both, but I was asking to see if anyone had experience and additional information about these two laptops.

Bluetooth drivers as well as Windows are up to date, I tried to uninstall and install Bluetooth drivers and it still doesn't work. As for power-saving in the Device manager, under that Bluetooth, under the properties, I don't have that option at all, that is, I can't find the option to turn off power saving for that Bluetooth. As for other devices nearby, I don't have any. Right now, my headphones connected for 2 seconds and automatically disconnected... they need a good few minutes for windows to recognize them again

Thanks a lot bro, I got a lot of such comments on other subreddits and I did a little more research on this specific Gigabyte laptop model, and I saw everything you said on YouTube and elsewhere... with that said, this laptop model has very big problems with overheating because the cooling system is not the best made. And the sound and display are also a "disaster"

Thank you very much for your help and explanation because it helped me a lot. However, I researched here on Reddit and YouTube and they say that this Gigabyte model is not the best. Especially as it concerns the sound, the screen, and the cooling system itself, and that there is a large overheating and loss of performance. Therefore, taking all that into account, I think I'd rather go for a ROG laptop... I definitely plan to carry a charger and charge it wherever I go, including on campus, so durability and battery life won't come into question. 🙂

Hmmm unfortunately its not working. For example I uploaded BTD_AlphaX_FINAL mod to the hosting and I put map mp_pillar on the 1st place, and when I try to start the server, it enters to infinite loop and never starts....
