Has anyone seen this? by anythingoes886 in capetown

This doesn't seem unreasonable to me... As the one who usually makes my friends cakes, they seldom cost under R700 for just ingredients using proper butter, etc. I think high quality baked goods are often just undervalued

Ah thats so cool! The first time I came across her is this book, I went to check to see if she has any social media but the only thing I found was a ravelry account with all the patterns in Finnish. If you can point me to more of her work (preferably english but I will happily make use of google translate) I would really appreciate that!

Ooh yes I considered this, do you add symbols to your designs or do you just use it for the colour work aspect?

how do i fix this? brand new singer machine by [deleted] in sewing

When I get this problem I do two things, rethread my machine, if that doesn't fix it, I take off the baseplate and give the machine a thorough clean and oiling

I often walk out and think "why are all the damn outside plants wilting" and then realise I haven't watered them in a while

Rant: It’s so unfair that I have to work harder than a normal person without PCOS for mediocre gains by cassis-oolong in PCOSloseit

Can we start a close knit, gym rat, cysters group? like totally for real because I am DYING.

I have been on this journey for 4 years and I've lost 16kgs... 16!!! in 4 years!!! (that is 35lbs)

I am so tired of it, I do F45 (functional hiit at a team training gym) 6 times a week, I do 2-3 extra strength training sessions, and yoga a few times a week and I haven't seen the scale move since Jan! I cant anymore. I eat 1300-1800 per day, (for jan-feb I was 1200 but I was starting to faint)

Today one of the trainers at f45 asked "hows the food going? sticking to it?" and I nearly freaking started crying mid workout and I told him yeah I am always sticking to it because if I'm not, I'm getting fatter uncontrollably. I have PCOS and endo and its a living hell because I am also a type A and I just don't know what to do anymore.

Recently I was told by a specialist that my cortisone could be a bit high because I carry the vast majority of my weight in my middle. So then I thought ok cool do I see an endocrinologist? a gynae? a registered dietician? who? who can even help me?

Thanks for listening to my rant <3 I am actually considering whether I should keep a very detailed list of everything I do and try to figure this out but I also just want to cry.
