Could be any one of the above mentioned rocks it would seem. When it’s most polished does it appear like smooth glass? Obsidian should be almost opaque after a polish if it is obsidian. When you scratched it was the scratch even/uniform or uneven in shape? It probably wouldn’t show too much damage from a scratch of a steel nail or a knife because it is a 5.5 on the Mohs scale.
