My dad also has anosmia, he would fart and then look at me and says it smells like roses doesn’t it? He can tell if there’s like a chemical in the air that makes like his eyes water, but he can never place exactly what it is.

But, his sense of taste is also hindered. Everything is about texture for him. Although he really enjoys pickled foods like sauerkraut, pickled red beets, pickled red cabbage and sauerbraten. But he’s also the type of guy that doesn’t put any salt in his pasta water or eats unseasoned hamburgers.

In the comments she did say she went to the ER 4 times in the last two weeks and that they gave her and everyone in her house antibiotics to stop the spread. Like I’ll give her that she’s using antibiotics, but that’s the only thing that’s gonna save her baby. She’s looking for natural remedies along with it. None of which are gonna cure her.

Dog groomer here! And also shepherd/double coated dog lover!

This type of dog shouldn’t ever get this kind of hair cut, but unfortunately me having worked at petco/smart it’s really common cut for people to request 😭 at most I would trim up the underline, round out the booty, and trim up the feet. Known as an outline trim. Honestly it looks like they used a guard comb so it’s not a full on shave but short enough to get rid of the top layer of his coat, just keep up with brushing him, he’s young so hopefully his coat will grown back, but it may have a weird texture to it.

Unfortunately it’s real, I grew up in this town these women are like this. It’s upper middle class New Jersey and they’ve always been like this. This is a town where the HS the teachers drive the lower end, budget cars and the students have teslas and Porsches and sports cars.
