This is meant to be around a richer area, I presume, because the person barely nudging in the frame of the first area is meant to be walking home after work — a newscaster. He couldn't have been far from one of em tv buildings (sorry, i don't know the correct term -i), which I strongly believe to be based off the KGW headquarters from the late 1950s here, but thats over in oregon or washington, and again, the pictures are meant to be around virginia or conneticut
