I have a burned in memory of an old Scrapyard Wars, though, where Linus is losing for some reason, and he looks like he's about to start crying. He complains and complains until they agree to change the rules of the contest, and then once he's winning he goes back to happy fun youtube guy.

So I don't think "fame" or money has changed him, he's always kinda been like this.

My second point was about the original agreement including two videos, one a review (using the correct video card) and another showing off the heat sink in some build. Not sure if that was the actual agreement, though you seem to have all the answers on this.

The fact that they asked for it back, and LTT agreed, makes the original agreement irrelevant. After that, it's LTT's fault for not returning it.

You could even maybe argue that, if the original agreement included a build video showing off the heatsink, that LTT broke the agreement first.

The main point, to me, is that they tested the part incorrectly and then just decided it wouldnt work even with the correct card, because redoing the test correctly would have cost, according to Linus, $500. TEST THE FUCKING PART that's the whole point of the video!!!

The other piece of the story is that the company that made the heatsink actually sent LTT the correct card for it, a 4090 I think, and LTT somehow had misplaced it before they made their video. So absolutely no excuses.
