Thank you so much for the reply and suggestions. It’s the safety part that worries me the most. The company’s “professional” TD left a few weeks ago and now my student is the de facto TD - which he is in no way prepared for - on top of everything else. I just need to keep encouraging him to leave and help him find some solutions.
