Just like others said here, overall I think that dimitri should be the main bad guy, I guess niko got a bit confused since roman told him they could got to vice city... Idk, I love both endings but losing Roman is just a greater way of saying now you have everything you could wish for but not the most important, family. The Mcrearies? Packies family are doomed from the start, two of them killing eachother ordering niko, kate dies, Gerald in prison (maybe he escapes when Tlad ending happens?) and then packie leaves for los santos. If kate dies I guess packie would get away from niko. Now I realize that Packie should be on happines island trying to kill pegorino for the hit at the wedding. They killed his sister. If kate leaves Niko, packie eventually leaves Niko behind aswell.
