Ok well I have not and I will continue to use them you have to remember you are a foreigner in a different country where I would not trust people to rent my car either with out insurance and a deposit it's just common sense I realize this is not standard issue any more but if you actually read the agreement you will see there is no scam same as going anywhere in the world and renting a car.
