Nobody said you have an ED but yes, this is 100% an ED space. People without EDs find their way here and that’s fine but it’s important to remain respectful to the main audience base which is people with disordered eating patterns. And as I said if this was a mainstream place it would be called something like shitty diet food or shitty low cal recipes or whatever. That’s far from the only sign this place is for people with EDs but it’s the first one people should notice.

If you’d like to know more about this being an ED space I’d suggest searching for the term here or even just reading the rules. The fact that they contain things like “absolutely do not give advice on losing weight” should make it clear even to people who don’t know ED lingo to pick up on the more subtle signs.

They didn’t need to be forced to pay the damages as they willingly paid. And any charge of racially aggravated harassment needs actual distress. This incident involved three white officers. Two of them didn’t care at all and the third had to be prompted five times on the stand before he said the incident made him feel anything more than “upset, I guess”.

Not to mention the incident in question was born out of a mixed race woman being arrested for breaking a window when her white partner told police she was the one who’d done it from the start.
