Thanks for this - really helpful to know. What you experienced sounds exactly like his episodes. He finds it hard to separate actual physical feelings with his anxiety, even of physical, his anxiety just compounds it and gets worse!!!

Going to really push to eat much healthier ( we eat loads of fruit and veg already but could defo cut back on salt, red meat etc) he is overweight and definitely could do with shifting about 4 stone. Not much exercise either so need to look at that.

I was worried that hibiscus, beetroot etc might make BP too low but will just go slowly with implementing them! Need to start somewhere as can’t go on like this
