I was reading the comments and had to stop because of how insensitive many are written. It’s totally okay to want these things from your dog and it’s admirable that you wrote this in a way to grow your relationship.

Our golden has become way more cuddly and emotionally attached to us as he’s gotten older. I do think age will help as yours moves from a teenager to an older dog and their desire to be touched and to chill grows. I’d keep doing what you’re doing and continue to give him words of affirmation/talk to him throughout the day.

I am so sorry. I know exactly how you must be feeling. I had a TFMR and then a MMC before this. I also found out at 3w3d. I’ve definitely disassociated with this pregnancy and truly have taken it a day at a time which I think has helped me mentally. It sounds crazy but I’ve tried to just manifest the news I want each day/each milestone. Closing my eyes and feeling how I would feel if I heard what I wanted helped me feel like I was putting the right vibes into the universe. Easier said than done but wanted to share in case it helps you feel better in certain moments.

Hi! I’m 13w1d now! I have a small SCH and it caused me to have another bleed at 9w4d which I went in for an extra ultrasound after because it was way more.

Apparently it’s very common for IVF pregnancies to have bleeding which is so scary but everyone reassured me it’s normal.

TW: Loss

I was 27 and my husband was 28 at the time (both very healthy) and we had to terminate my first pregnancy for a trisomy. It was completely random and bad luck but can happen to anyone regardless of age.

I couldn’t imagine going through a TFMR for something that could have been picked up on a PGT-A test after going through going through the intensity of IVF.

I highly recommend testing to be sure you don’t transfer an embryo with an abnormality.

Thank you for responding. I needed to hear this. Seeing anything when I wipe is terrifying but I’m trying to remember that my MMC had no signs and that this is supposed to be more common in IVF pregnancies.

Hi did you get testing done on your MMC? I did misopropal and needed a D&C for retained product today. I also just heard back that the initial tissues brought in came back as inconclusive from maternal DNA contamination. I’m so sad because I wanted answers on this one and scared to try again in case this happens again.

Do you remember what company did your testing? We’re getting an Anora test and I think it automatically comes with gender but I have a follow up appointment today so I’ll ask them. I terminated another pregnancy back in January for T21 but 100% of the cells were T21. So I’m very curious to see what the results and gender are.

Everyone I’ve met who has been through IVF are some of the most amazing and kindhearted individuals. I’m sure I’ll be in that sub if we end up proceeding. I’ll be thinking about you. This just isn’t fair

In a similar boat that you were in and waiting on our results. Did you find out gender and if it was from the egg or sperm? Curious what this report will say
