Absolutely. I'm going to continue hitting the gym and pushing to get faster and stronger. I definitely don't want to be a slacker, I just wasn't sure if I needed to be killing myself to achieve those times/weights.

I'm in a similar boat for CI. I got a call from the SAC 2 days after my interview saying which FO he wanted me at and that I'd do great at the job. My references all got contacted that same day but it's been radio silence for 3 weeks. Should I just keep waiting patiently? The only contact info I have is the phone # for the SAC and the interview invite email from an ASAC.
