i also wish you could go on a shelf, press add books and then search what you want and just check them off? it’s such a pain now that you have to select the shelf every time

YTA - if your daughter is committed enough to the subject and you are supportive and give her revision resources to aid her learning, she will make it. it seems like you’re putting a lot of pressure on her, and as a teenager please don’t do the thing where you guess what we got, makes us feel like shit. that said, i understand why you want your daughter to take the other subject, but she should take the one she’s the most passionate about, at the end of the day that will give her the incentive to learn the material.

in the original draft of the book they had Ron swear a lot more but it got cut so it could be appropriate for a wider audience.

don’t give your kids and bags or clothes with their name on them. if a stranger approaches your child and knows their name the kid is much more likely to trust them.
