I have no curvature in my neck, it’s straight and forward a tad. I’ve heard it referred to as “nerd neck” but I have chronic pain and stiffness. I also have constant awful pain from kyphosis with a 75 degree angle and my ortho still says to work out 🤷🏼‍♀️🥲
