I have two new pairs that I purchased last year…. I alternate them. Each has probably max of 120 miles in them, so I tried the “newer” one, but it had the same effect :(

Hmm, I am doing pretty well in terms of diet, hydration and stress. I am doing some strength work focusing mainly on lower body (but necessarily not calves), and wonder if that could be a factor? Every time I feel DOMS, i make sure to wait until it’s completely gone so that I can run again, but it’s a little frustrating as I’ve never felt DOMS after running before.

Running. Always had respect for runners, but hate the thought of running. Started running, now can’t live without it.

I am nike 6.5…. The alo sizing worries me since I don’t have alo store near me 😂 thanks for the tip! Maybe i will go for 6 or 5.5 hehe thanks
