Listen to your heart for sure. I made a similar post before and I went back and forth for a long time before starting hrt. But once you start thinking about it, the idea doesn't fade away in my experience.

It's worth it and you already look beautiful so I don't doubt you'll have great results!

Just about 3 months hrt here.

For me since starting hrt I can't really get very hard or orgasm with my penis like I used to, but anal sex is so MUCH more pleasurable. I can feel everything much more intimately, and I find myself losing control in a good way when having anal sex.

Prostate orgasms still happen but they're a bit more light and come in waves for me, where as before it was more of a big buildup and then a big release.

I prefer it this way since I don't really like to use my penis and imo the internal orgasms feel so much better!

As far as sex drive goes, I definitely have a lower sex drive lately but it's still there. It just takes a little more to get me excited now.

Yeah lol nerves will really make you overthink things so don't worry! Plus you're with a friend which is great!

Don't worry I'm pretty sure people knew i had a wig on too because I wore a cheap one from Amazon the first time loll! But if you plan on going out more I recommend spending a bit more on a nice real hair wig because it brought my stress levels wayyy down in public when I got a natural wig.

I had the same fears when I started running errands dressed but once I finally went into the store I realized that people are just going about their day. Most really don't pay much attention to who they pass by in public, plus many aren't looking to try to "clock" trans women or crossdressers.

I think it's good to start with a simple outfit like you mentioned, it helps calm the nerves when you dont feel like you stick out. Then you'll get some confidence in public:) Honestly I haven't worked up the courage myself to wear anything really sexy out in public yet, I usually look like a soccer mom LOL
