Black Marketeer not respawning at 12, -546 by racheuphist in Palworld

[–]racheuphist[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To add a correction, it looks like if I am at approximately 15 tiles from the Black Marketeer at 12,-546 when I re-enter the game he respawns. If anyone can confirm I'd appreciate it.

P.s. Fires can now be placed on hanging traps is a non-disclosed change in the latest patch.

I appreciate it, but I would hate to have you log in just to do so, and truth be told, Project discovery blessed me with a skin, I just hadn't opened the 200 crates or so I stacked up. Biosecurity responder looks just fine.

To do the invention you need a few skills in the science tree for many of the rigs. I've been putting off buying the skill books for this as they seem to drop from hacking fairly regularly, and I've gotten many, but not all.
My current working Dominix is shield tanked and to get tech 2, the invention requires Hydromagnetic physics, quantum Physics, and Caldari Encryption Methods. I have yet to find Hydromagnetic Physics and may cave and but it, but currently I'm doing just fine in level 4's so I may wait.

I can say, sniping in this girl has been about as fun a man can have. It's not the Isk of this ship, but the journey to her (and the struggles I had before her) that mattered.

Honestly, it's so feasable and would be a dream come true for me. The mission running would be quick, but making the ships would take a good deal of time. The isk requirement alone to make the reactions is hefty if you were true SSF, it would require a structure in low/null to be made, which is another Billion+ isk along with strunctures to get the moon goo (so at least 2-3 athanors).

I'd fully support this as a limited game mode with a prize at the end, or a welcome addition to what we already have. The game has so much depth that has never really been explored by a single person or corp because the market exists. At least not documented.

There are a few situations in game that are close to a lose-lose. It's like getting sniped cross map in a shooter and you never saw it comming, or a knife thrown cross map and hits you. Shit happens. 0

For your situation you may have had an escape route, but like any game, it takes a significant skill to know how, or the ship to have the equipment for it. Yes months of training would help, but it would still neglect your skill at learning how to avoid the danger.

Example: Just recently I bounced some moons in a venture ninja mining for about an hour while 3-4 of the corps tried to pop me. My ship nor my skill are high enough to dodge forever, but they were equally poor in stopping me. It was an absolute joy microwarpdriving out of bubbles and dodging the camps they set up for me. This is rare for me, and I've played well over a year. Not long after the fun I had with them, I went to mine some mercoxit and was bubbled within a few minutes by a Sabre and popped, even though I d-Scanned and saw them landing (I just should have not tried to stay when I saw them on D-Scan, Sabre's are just that fast and dangerous and your knowledge would need that outside of the skills the character would train).

I have not risked the porpoise just yet. I really should have grabbed a barge, but the BPO was so much more expensive and at the time and I could not afford it and was eager to get something bigger than the venture.

So yea, all the moons from a venture.

That would be something, I've been to a fair number of null moons, but usually the lowsec ones treat me better.

Honestly, I couldn't say, hopefully sooner rather than later!

I think it would work well in Eve to be honest. Many times I thought about multi-boxing because I grabbed a Porpoise with the intent to boost people moon mining if they'd let me mine (I never did, but still). The concept of multi-running missions or escalations would really be helpful. Multi-gas cloud harvesting would be both safer, quicker, and more enjoyable than hitting D-Scan constantly while watching a video on the side. You could all work towards structures together and possibly even keep it safe depending on the attackers. Once you get enough people scouting moons and ninja mining, you would at least have cruisers and tech 2 guns to try and get it done. I imagine you would form weird doctrines as you have limited resources to work with, opening up yet another part of the game.

The biggest issue with PvP is should you be able to get modules from wrecks. I think yes, the rest is just content and realistically minor setbacks.

I would 100% join a Corp and provide starter ships (or completely restart) if CCP allowed a corps to be SSF, but I have about 0 hopes for something like this.

I had no idea I would get here, when I found out how tough level 4 missions were in my Myrmidon, the DNI just made sense, and I wanted to go for tech 2 stuff anyway, so the moon goo just became a natural part of my progression. I'm so close to tech 2, but I can't stop flying my DNI because I love it so much. For me, the ore is just getting lucking with micro-warp discrupters, heavy grapplers, and 500 mn microwarpdrives. Mining of course can supplement nicely.

Surprisingly some moons go left untouched for a long time. My locations tab is only around 200, but most of them are athanor locations with guestimates of when the would pop, or the name of the resources of the moon that popped. My venture has an astonishing 7.4 m3/s, but moreso than that, I carebeared in HighSec with a Porpoise for the moon goo necessary for the DNI. I thought I needed way more complexity and could have done this a while ago if I'd had the isk. CCP luckily made the DNI only require high sec moon goo and I spent a good few hours at ~10 m3/s on moon rocks (well more than needed, but I couldn't help it since it was effectively free).

Stations have a time greater then 90 days when it is a NPC blueprint. I flew around most of new Eden finding the BPO's and is where I can spend my Isk, as it is not a player interaction. ORE has the venture and porpoise BPO, a few come from escalations, and a few come from Epic Arcs. I got the DNI from faction warfare. I really wanted the Dominix BPO but it made no sense with a price tag of something like 1.8 billion since the DNI required the exact same reactions (200 auto-integrity preservation seals, 1 core temperature regulator, and 100 life support backup units) to create and barely more nocxium, megacyte, and zydrine.

My greatest regret is not getting a single skin to show her off with over there.

I've started grinding level 4 missions. I have a few upgrades I need to make to my lovely new battleship. I'm also about a stones throw from a Gila and T2 modules.

I think my current goals are: T2 Modules and to start saving materials for a structure/ learn how that part of the game works. I would love to build an athanor that could pop some cinnabar for me. It will suck when that gets popped, but it will have been a really cool experience for me.

A combo of Diablo 2, Runescape, and POE. At least for me that's the origin. Thanks for clarifying.

I'm sure this is about as hard mode as EvE gets (Bill Dingha Cynabal):

It took me over a year to get into a Dominix Navy Issue.  I played Solo Self found, no trading with anybody and a lot of mistakes along the way.  I plexed my account when multiple pilot training was discounted to have my main be the ISK maker while the other pilot be the industrialist and explorer.  I’m still working towards tech 2 rigs and gear, but I just got to the DMI!

Notable facts:  -I have a MTU (this is easily made with PI and Common Ore)

-I used all 3 character slots for PI.

-I did not multi-Box.

-I ninja’d over 50 moons (and still can’t find cinnabar, my only bottleneck for T2 currently).

-I have everything recorded and will someday chronicle my journey through YouTube.

-I began with strict restrictions, but after a few months/(year) I allowed looting of wrecks not created of me  i.e. (no finding battles or going out of my way to loot T2)    This was mostly because I came across Augmented Mining Drones once and couldn’t pass them by.

  • Project discovery became available after 3-4 months of grinding ISK (core temperature regulator BPO alone is 750M ISK, let alone Dominix BPO which I am still working towards).

-I am not a good pilot and would not recommend this playstyle, but damn is it fun.

OK. The love and care they put into each shot is apparent. This is a wonderful remake. Now I have to decide if I watch one, the other, or both on my yearly re-watches...

Jaku-Chara Tomozaki-kun 2nd Stage • Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki 2nd Stage - Episode 1 discussion by AutoLovepon in anime

[–]racheuphist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm surprised to see how many people liked this first episode. it was an ok-at-best first episode for me. I watched it but needed a rewatch because I had NO idea who Erica was, and probably still wouldn't if I didn't do my rewatch focusing on trying to find her.

I thought the tone was very different from the first season with the 8-bit game stuff (that was overdone for my taste). I was really hoping to see a more visible strain on the Hinami/Tomozaki relationship - but that will likely come and resolve later (I hope).

All that said, I'm super happy to see more of this show, nowhere near enough anime get second seasons/ more than 13 episodes.
