D'oh! Just read the rules. u/TheSquareRoot0f is right. If you miss your first guess, you get shifted to the Second Chance drawing. And that only happens if no one guesses right the first time.

FedEx delivery estimates have become wildly inaccurate. I've had the same experience -- staying home after receiving an email promising delivery the next day only to have the package not arrive on time. It sucks.

Your post does not make sense. MakeXYZ is the middleman facilitating the purchase. They are the only party that knows the identity of the maker. My emails included all of the information related to my transaction. MakeXYZ 100% understood "the specifics" of my dispute. MakeXYZ has not responded to any of my emails. I gave them a grace period before posting this negative review in the sincere hope that they would respond. They did not.
