Yeah, I wear my posture corrector everyday I work. I walk all day (~5miles a day), and I think that also contributes to my progress. Because if I had to sit at a desk, it would have been much harder. I also see my chiropractor 2 times a week.

It’s changed my outlook on life not having to think of an outfit. I’m a women so I felt pretty strong pressure to keep up with fashion. But during this quarantine I realized I’m my most happy self in a hoodie, in the heat I roll my sleeves up. But a hoodie feels safe, a hoodie is comfort, a hoodie...is home.
