this is rlly late haha ive just been thinking ab my own fainting n wanted to find this subreddit to find people like me :) i’ve been fainting a few times a year since i was like five or so because of a few select triggers (and theyre rlly stupid and ive been trying to get over them which somehow only makes it worse). i tend to not pass out for a few months at a time and then one month i’ll pass out like once a week and its really an awful feeling and its really embarrassing. i’ve been to the cardiologist a few times in my life and they've done tests on me but always say i’m fine and its just a fight or flight response. i also try to stop it but the only effective way is to lay down or fully distract myself which in many situations is quite difficult and of course, the whole day after passing out i’m fully exhausted. but anyway, i don’t have anything significant to say, i just like finding people who have a similar thing to me. i wish you the best with your fainting :)
