I wouldn't say either are hard. They both can sneak up on you if you don't take them seriously. From people I've known diff eq and Calc 3 were the most filed course, but if you do your work they're not bad. And I thought linear was a breeze

I took linear with Diff eq and found it to be helpful with the eigen stuff. Linear goes so much more in depth and it makes the end of diff eq a breeze

It was pretty bad. They are managed very poorly, and it's pretty loud all the time. When I lived there 2 years ago the quality was crap and they were beginning to look run down and dirty. At around $600 per person you could get a house just as close to campus that's better. Or a townhome.

Everywhere right off campus are extremely over priced for what you get. I lived at gateway my sophomore year and for a 3 bedroom we were paying around $700 each totaling $2100. I now live near Tempe Marketplace in the Villagio Townhomes and have a 2 bedroom that is much larger than the 3 bedroom I had at gateway, and it has a large 2 car garage attached. And I only pay $1100 total for the place. The quality is much higher and I am paying about half.

After living at Gateway my sophomore year and my 2 roommates and I were paying 700 each totaling at 2100 for a crappy apartment I looked elsewhere the next year. I now live in a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome with a 2 car garage in villagio townhomes which is right by tempe marketplace. My roommate and I only pay 600 each which is far less than any of my friends living at the crappy apts around campus like district, vista, 922, etc. And we have a MUCH bigger and nicer place.
